Us

Traziende Films is an entertainment production company founded by Leonardo Zimbrón and Mónica Vargas in 2000. It has more than 22 years of experience in the film and television industry, standing out nationally and internationally with audiovisual projects such as movies and series. , obtaining commercial success since its first production with Warner Bros, " Effectos Secundarios " (Issa López, 2005).

Traziende has collaborated on co-productions with other companies such as Videocinema, 20th Century Fox, Netflix, Amazon Studios, among others, achieving premieres such as: " Under the salt " (Mario Muñoz, 2008), " It's not you, it's me " (Alejandro Springall 2010), " Wind Against" (Walter Dohener, 2011), " Guatdefoc " (Fernando Lebrija, 2016) and " More Black Than Night " (Henry Bedwell, 2014) being the first 3D live action film produced in Mexico.

They collaborated with Alazraki Films, in the production of the first Netflix original series in Mexico, " Club de Cuervos ", which enjoyed four successful seasons and a nomination for the Emmy Awards in 2017 for best comedy series.

Other notable Traziende releases in recent years include the TV series " Dogma: Be Careful What You Believe ", as well as the feature films " How to Cut Your Muttley " (Gabriela Tagliavini, 2017), " American Curious " (Gabylú Lara, 2018), " Cómplices " (Luis E. Reyes, 2016), " Todo Mal" (Issa López, 2017), " Más Sabe el Diablo por Viejo " (Pepe Bojórquez, 2017), " Como Novio de Pueblo " (Joe Rendón, 2019), and " Loco por Ti " (Diego Kaplan, 2020), a co-production with Pantelion that premiered simultaneously in Mexico and the United States.

In the last quarter of 2018, Traziende incorporated Juan Manuel Borbolla, former general director of Warner Bros. Pictures Mexico, into its ranks to develop an expansion plan towards new genres and markets, through a new production management structure. .

During 2020, Traziende Films premiered "Sin Origen" (Rigoberto Castañeda, 2020), a daring dark fantasy proposal starring Daniel Martínez and Lissete Morelos. Also, he premiered "Ahí te ordeno" (Salvador Espinosa, 2020), a movie for Netflix that quickly positioned itself as the most watched release in more than 13 Latin American countries and remained in the TOP 10 for several weeks.

Currently, Traziende is developing several projects with the main streaming services, as well as the main distributors in the country, with a view to premieres during 2023 and 2024. Likewise, it has forged alliances with European production companies, with a plan to expansion to other markets.
